Hi, I’m Holly!

Hi there! I'm so glad you're here. I'm Holly and I hope this introduction is the beginning of our journey together. I started - Breathe. Because I couldn't deny the feeling inside of me that I am here on earth to help others find joy, confidence, and peace in their lives. I saw and recognized a place in others that I had been to before. A place that could be healed by learning to pause, breathe and go inside of myself to find the small, still voice—my knowing. I found my knowing, my truth, through meditation, self-love, and yoga.

Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga are for any and everyone. You do not need to be an expert to benefit from either of them! Just showing up on the mat or cushion is what is expected and the rest opens up from there. Deep breathing is woven between them and is something that we can call upon any minute of the day. It helps to relieve stress, anxiety and tension. It also helps with sleep, concentration and being present in the moment. The list truly goes on and on and I am here as a vessel & guide to give you the tools you need to live the life you have always wanted by utilizing these practices.

I believe we go through hard things in life so that when we come out on the other side, we can guide others in their healing process.

I could write a book on the trials and tribulations that life has brought my way. I have been through many sorts of trauma, abuse, and emotional distress. I chose to heal through spiritual practices, receiving love & guidance from those dear to me, and the daily decision to start anew.

Because of the work I have done on myself for the past 20 years, I can look back and appreciate everything I have been through and continue to go through. I can be thankful all of it happened (through lots and lots of inner work) because it has made me who I am today. I believe and know that I am here to walk alongside others in their healing path. It takes a village not only to raise kids but to heal a soul. I want to be a part of that village.

I am a Reiki I and II practitioner, mediation instructor, a certified 200-hr yoga, mindfulness and social-emotional instructor, a certified teacher, and certified in student mental health.

I will continue to add to the list of qualifications and certifications because I am constantly and consistently growing as a woman, and I can help you to do the same in your life.

I am so excited to start this journey with you.
