Meditation on Divorce - Step One

Divorce is hard. It is not something that we expect to go through when we get married. Everyone is affected. I learned the hard way that a lot of control is taken away in the messy process. Without control of outside circumstances, I quickly found out that the only thing I could control was my response to the situation. It is so important to take care of yourself during and after the divorce process. One way you can do that is learning to be ok with the situation. That is the first step towards healing.

This is a short, calming meditation on creating space for acceptance during or after divorce.
